Parts Overview

• Borosilicate glass teapot body (13.5oz / 400ml)
• Removable stainless steel tea infuser
• Glass lid

Before First Use

1. Remove all packaging
2. Wash the teapot, lid, and infuser with warm soapy water
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry
4. Your teapot is ready to use

Brewing Instructions

Standard Hot Tea

1. Pre-warm the teapot by filling with hot water, swirl, and discard
2. Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea in the infuser
3. Insert the infuser into the teapot
4. Pour water at the correct temperature for your tea type
5. Place the lid on top
6. Steep for the recommended time
7. Remove the infuser to stop steeping
8. Pour and enjoy

Multiple Infusions

Many high-quality loose-leaf teas can be steeped 2-3 times:

1. After the first steep, remove the infuser with leaves intact
2. When ready for another cup, re-insert the infuser and add fresh hot water
3. Increase steep time by 30-60 seconds for each subsequent infusion

Temperature Guide

• Green Tea: 160-180°F — 2-3 minutes
• Black Tea: 200-212°F — 3-5 minutes
• White Tea: 160-185°F — 4-5 minutes
• Oolong Tea: 185-205°F — 3-5 minutes
• Herbal/Fruit Tea: 212°F — 5-7 minutes

Cleaning & Care

• Hand wash all parts with warm soapy water after each use
• The glass teapot can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended
• Clean the infuser mesh thoroughly to prevent tea residue buildup
• For tea stains on glass, soak in baking soda and warm water
• Dry all parts before storing

Safety

• The glass is borosilicate (heat-resistant) but handle with care
• Do not place on a stovetop or open flame
• Do not microwave
• Pour carefully — the glass body will be hot
• Use the handle when pouring
• Check for chips or cracks before use — discard if damaged
