Parts Overview

• Stainless steel carafe body
• Double filter mesh plunger assembly
• Lid with plunger knob
• Silicone gasket ring

Before First Use

1. Disassemble the plunger by unscrewing the knob
2. Wash all parts with warm soapy water
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry
4. Reassemble the plunger

Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew

1. Remove the plunger from the carafe
2. Add coarsely ground coffee (1 tbsp per 4oz water)
3. Pour hot water (195-205°F) over the grounds
4. Place the lid on top without pressing down
5. Wait 4 minutes
6. Press the plunger down slowly and evenly
7. Pour and enjoy immediately

Cold Brew

1. Add coarsely ground coffee (1:5 ratio coffee to water)
2. Pour room temperature or cold water over grounds
3. Stir gently
4. Place lid on without pressing plunger
5. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours
6. Press plunger and serve over ice

Cleaning & Care

• Disassemble the plunger after each use
• Wash all parts with warm soapy water
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
• Dry thoroughly before reassembly
• The filter mesh can be replaced if damaged

• Use caution with hot liquids
• Do not place on direct heat
• Keep out of reach of children when hot
• Do not use in microwave or dishwasher
