Grinding Guide

  • Pour Over / Drip: Medium grind (like sea salt)
  • French Press: Coarse grind (like raw sugar)
  • AeroPress: Medium-fine grind (like table salt)
  • Espresso: Fine grind (like powdered sugar)

Always grind just before brewing for the freshest flavor.

Pour Over (Best for Honey Process)

  1. Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
  2. Use 16g of coffee per 240ml of water
  3. Rinse your paper filter with hot water
  4. Add grounds and bloom with 30ml water for 30 seconds
  5. Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions over 3-4 minutes
  6. Let it draw down completely and enjoy

French Press

  1. Use a coarse grind, 1 tablespoon per 4oz water
  2. Pour 200°F water over grounds
  3. Steep for 4 minutes
  4. Press slowly and serve immediately

Cold Brew

  1. Use a coarse grind at 1:5 coffee-to-water ratio
  2. Steep in cold water for 12-18 hours in the refrigerator
  3. Strain and serve over ice — the honey process sweetness shines cold

Storage & Freshness

  • Store whole beans in an airtight container at room temperature
  • Avoid heat, light, and humidity
  • Best consumed within 4 weeks of roast date
  • Grind only what you need for each brew

Tasting Notes

Expect tropical fruit sweetness, honey-like body, notes of mango and peach, with a lingering caramel finish. The honey process delivers a richer, sweeter profile than washed Geisha.
