Grinding Guide
- Pour Over / Drip: Medium grind (like sea salt)
- French Press: Coarse grind (like raw sugar)

Recommended Brewing Methods
Pour Over (Best for Geisha)
- Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
- Use 15g of coffee per 240ml of water
- Rinse your paper filter with hot water
- Add grounds and bloom with 30ml water for 30 seconds
- Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions over 3-4 minutes
- Let it draw down completely and enjoy
French Press
- Use a coarse grind, 1 tablespoon per 4oz water
- Pour 200°F water over grounds
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Press slowly and serve immediately
Cold Brew
- Use a coarse grind at 1:5 coffee-to-water ratio
- Steep in cold water for 12-18 hours in the refrigerator
- Strain and serve over ice — dilute to taste

- Avoid heat, light, and humidity
- Best consumed within 4 weeks of roast date
- Grind only what you need for each brew
